Batman rules!

the avengers movie was funny as heck and entertainingly beautiful. but the story sucked and falls apart soon after you leave... i can't figure out why loki (a god whos full of himself) had to let himself get caught and resort to gorilla warfare when he had such a hug army? and why didn't they just destroy stark tower from the beginning to knock out the machine with the cube thingy? why was the hulk uncontrollable in first half and in the second half he was listening and taking orders? if banner is always mad, then how does he transform? why would a scientist under mind control create a fail safe? why wasn't the missiles aimed at the portal in the first place? where in the sky was shields career base, that they couldn't just park it in the water when the first propeller went out? why was it so easy for hawkeye and his small team sneak up to it? why would a it take a team of humans to break a god out when he apparently teleports? and all they had to do was wait for the alien looking things? and if his brother can break out that thing why couldn't he? why did the robin (how i meet your mother) character have so many lines other then the fact she's hot? and why did funniest guy in the movie (other than the hulk) had to die so meaninglessly? how didn't captain america not get crushed under hes shield when stuck by thor?
